Hey I Can See My House From Here
There, seeming to go
on forever, is the grand expanse of your vehicle’s roof. Wouldn’t
it be swell if for your next trip you actually were able to utilize some
of that space for luggage, bikes or a kayak? But it’s way up there
and you’re, well, way down here. It’s a dilemma. The Paramount,
Calif., firm Top Line has arrived at a simple and fairly inexpensive solution:
the Tire Hopper tire step.
Made of lightweight aluminum, the Tire Hopper has a mounting strap that
slips over your vehicle’s tire. It creates a sturdy platform for
accessing the roof rack, minimizing the risk of injury when dealing with
heavy or unwieldy luggage. The wordmeisters at Top Line say that the Tire
Hopper will fit virtually all makes and models of cars, light trucks,
SUVs and vans. When not in use, it folds neatly to a compact two inches. |
