Auto World Magazine Flip-out cargo bed expanders for pickup trucks are
becoming more commonplace. Both factory and after market versions are
showing up on a wide variety of trucks. They can effectively add two feet
of cargo carrying capacity when in use. Typically, however, they simply
rotate back inside the cargo bed when not in use, eating up a couple of
feet of space. This is a serious waste of cargo room, particularly in
trucks with already shortened beds. The Paramount, Calif., firm Top Line
has noodled up a creative solution to this annoyance and calls it the
Fold-Down Bed Expander. |
