Fold-Down Bed Expander Maximizes Storage Space

Pick-up trucks are valuable tools for hauling all sorts of supplies and recreational equipment.

One problem, however, is that the storage capacity of a truck always seems to come up just a bit short on those large loads.

For instance, on a crew cab pick-up, the bed is bound to be shorter than a normal full-size pick-up. How do you use the cargo space to its full potential? What’s needed is a system that folds down compactly against the tailgate when not in use, not one that folds over and wastes two feet of valuable storage capacity.

Top Line Manufacturing introduces the Fold-Down Bed Expander. This innovative unit mounts to the tailgate of any pick-up, requiring no drilling of the truck bed. While other existing models rotate into the truck bed, Top Line’s system folds to a compact 5 inches against the tailgate when not in use.

Quick release pins make opening and closing the unit a snap. Constructed mainly of high-grade anodized aluminum and stainless steel, weighing in at only 16 pounds, the entire system can be removed completely from a truck with a simple pull of two release pins.

The Bed Expander comes completely assembled. All components are stainless steel, anodized aluminum and molded nylon 66, for absolute corrosion protection.
